Strategic Plan
The Downers Grove Economic Development Corporation has completed a process that has resulted in the adoption of a Five-Year Strategic Plan (2022-2026). The Strategic Plan includes a mission statement for the organization, as well as establishing objectives and goals. This plan addresses all aspects of the DGEDC, including commercial, industrial and office development, downtown redevelopment, business retention, marketing, and the Downers Grove Visitors Bureau. The Strategic Plan also identifies organizational goals, such as: finance, investor relations, and office administration.
