The Planning Division is responsible for providing guidance to residents, businesses and developers seeking development approvals from the Village. This includes site plan review, building permits, and applications for variances and special uses. The Planning Division administers the Village\u2019s planning documents such as the Comprehensive Plan and the Zoning Ordinance. The Planning Division staff meets with residents, businesses and developers to discuss zoning and other land uses issues. The staff acts as the liaison to the Plan Commission and the Zoning Board of Appeals.<\/p>\n
