Michaels Signs Lease in Downers Grove

Michaels signed a lease for a 19,940 square-foot location in Finley Square at the northeast corner of Butterfield and Finley Roads in Downers Grove.
The center is anchored by Bed Bath & Beyond, PetSmart and buybuy Baby.
The location is expected to open August 2015, according to Mid-America.
Mid-America principal Marget Graham and leasing representative Sarah Drumgould represented the landlord. Principal Kevin McLoughlin of Mid-America Real Estate Corporation represented the tenant.
